Shipping Methods
Shipments within Greece are made with Courier company.
Delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on your area.
Orders placed on weekdays and until 13:00, are sent the same day.
NORMAL SHIPMENTS (LOW VOLUME)
Shipping costs for purchases up to € 59.99 are € 5.
Valid Free Shipping for purchases of € 60 and over.
Cash on delivery costs are € 2 for all orders independently of amount.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF TRANSPORTATION FOR LARGE VOLUME PRODUCTS
For heavy products, such as suitcases, there is an additional shipping charge.
The amount of the additional shipping charge is indicated together with the price of the product and is included in the total cost.
For products such as small suitcases the charge is 5 € and for large suitcases 10 €.
AVAILABILITY - ORDER DELIVERY TIME
Με τον όρο Διαθεσιμότητα εννοούμε το χρόνο που θα μεσολαβήσει από την αποστολή της παραγγελίας σας έως την ώρα που η παραγγελία σας θα παραληφθεί.
Θα επικοινωνήσουμε άμεσα μαζί σας αν κάποια είδη από την παραγγελία σας δεν είναι διαθέσιμα.
Υπάρχουν κάποιες περιπτώσεις που ενδέχεται να έχει εξαντληθεί το απόθεμα. Επίσης, υπάρχουν νέα προϊόντα που έχουν ανακοινωθεί από τον κατασκευαστή, έχουν παραγγελθεί από εμάς και αναμένονται.
Όλες οι παραγγελίες που καταχωρούνται τις εργάσιμες ημέρες και μέχρι τις 13:00 αποστέλλονται αυθημερόν. Οι παραγγελίες που θα δοθούν από Σάββατο μεσημέρι έως και Κυριακή βράδυ εκτελούνται από Δευτέρα πρωί. Ο χρόνος παράδοσης της παραγγελίας σας είναι από 1-4 εργάσιμες ημέρες ανάλογα με τη περιοχή παράδοσης.
FORCE MAJEURE
If in any case due to force majeure (such as bad weather, strikes) it is not possible to complete delivery of your order within the predetermined period, for which we have committed, we will contact you to inform you and tell you if finally you want the completion of your order.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Our company has absolutely no responsibility for possible damages that may occur to customers from the non-execution of an order. In addition, our online store has reservations about the delivery time of orders in cases of force majeure or when the goods of the order are not available from the respective supplier. In these cases, our online store takes care of your information.
PACKAGES THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED
Sometimes parcels are returned to us because for various reasons they were not delivered. When we return a parcel that has already been paid, we credit the customer's account (along with shipping costs).
The customer will be informed about the return of the parcel to let us know if he wishes to send it again.
